Who we are
weElevateIT LLC ("weElevateIT," "we," "us") is a United States company. This policy covers information submitted through weelevateit.com — including our contact form, our careers pages and job applications, and any interactive features on this site.
What we collect
Contact form
- Your name, email address, subject, and message.
- The IP address the submission came from (used for abuse prevention).
Submissions are delivered to our business inbox by email. We use them to respond to you.
Job applications
- Name, email address, phone number, location, and LinkedIn profile (if provided).
- Your resume and any cover letter you submit.
Application materials are stored in our private, access-controlled systems and are used solely to evaluate your candidacy for the role you applied to — and, with your materials on file, for other roles you may be a fit for. Access is restricted to our recruiting team and is logged.
Interactive features
If you use an interactive feature on this site, the text you enter may be processed by a third-party service to generate a response, subject to rate limits tied to your IP address. Don't enter sensitive, personal, or controlled information into these features.
Server logs
We keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and request metadata, for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers or sell-side analytics, and we do not set tracking cookies.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share application materials outside weElevateIT, except where required by law.
- We never use your information for advertising.
Where your information lives
Your information is stored in the United States. We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to host our site and process submissions; they handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
Contact messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Application materials are retained while your candidacy is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can consider you for future roles — unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted — including withdrawing an application and having your materials removed. Email info@weelevateit.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access follows least-privilege principles, and access to application materials is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we build ours the way we build for our customers.
